Former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Mark Super Duper was arrested Wednesday in Jacksonville after police say he punched and slammed a teenager to the floor. According to the police report, the boy was playing video games with the children of ex-football player Hugh Green when an argument ensued. Police say the fight started because the teen did not listen to Duper about picking up his hat. Investigators say Duper allegedly “grabbed the teen, picked him up several times and slammed him to the ground, causing him to lose consciousness.”

Investigators say Duper told the teen to leave and he did but returned for his jacket. Police say that’s when both parties began fighting again. Authorities claim Duper threw the teen on a bed and punched him in the face until he lost consciousness again. Once the teen regained consciousness, the fight allegedly continued outside of the home.

Duper has already bonded out of jail. His court date is set for April 11th. He played for the Dolphins from 1982-1992, played in three Pro Bowls and is a member of the Dolphins’ Ring of Honor.
