Jacksonville, FL —
A six-month investigation nets 19 arrests for doctor shopping.
The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office says the suspects went to several doctors throughout Northeast Florida to fraudulently obtain over 21-thousand pain pills.
One other suspect remains at large, and two others remain under investigation.
