Jacksonville, FL —
15 families are forced from their homes by an electrical fire at the Palms Apartments on Beach Boulevard.
Tom Francis with the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department says two apartments were completely destroyed in the fire that started around 2am.
"There's a distinct possibility that that building could be actually deemed unsafe".
No one was seriously hurt and the Red Cross is now helping 11 families find temporary shelter.
