Jacksonville, FL —
An 18-month-old girl shot Sunday night at a Brooklyn birthday party is upgraded to serious condition.
A total of eleven people were shot.
All adult victims are expected to survive, although one lost her unborn child.
Police yesterday finished gathering physical evidence, although there's no indication that they're closer to identifying the gunmen.
