Clay County, FL —
No injuries from a morning crash involving a Clay County school bus.
The Florida Highway Patrol says 20-year-old Courtney Boyd, of Middleburg, was on Sleepy Hallow Road preparing to turn left on to County Road 220. The school bus, driven by 68-year-old Judith Szczechowicz was eastbound on CR 220.
FHP says Boyd thought the bus was going to turn right and then drove in to the path of the bus, the bus then hit the left side of the car.
There were 12 children on the bus, however none were injured. Boyd is charged with violation of right-of-way from stop intersection.
