A convicted felon is in jail once again.
The State Attorney’s Office says Deshawn A. Robertson, also known as “Smoke”, is charged with Armed Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell/Manufacture/Deliver within 1,000 feet of a Public Housing Complex.
Robertson’s arrest comes after a felony traffic stop where investigators found crack cocaine in a plastic container in Robertson’s pocket. A loaded .9 mm semi-automatic pistol was also found in Robertson’s car.
Robertson had been released from the Florida State Prison system in March 2012. He served time for several felonies.
