JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —
A passenger is killed in a late night crash on I-95 just south of the Nassau County line.
A report from the Florida Highway Patrol says a car was stopped in the center lane of the highway when an SUV approached--the driver swerved and crashed into a tree.
A passenger who is from Dade City, died. The driver and a second passenger suffered serious injuries.
The driver of the vehicle that was stopped on the highway took off Northbound on I-95.
Police don't yet have a description of the vehicle.
