Burglar hits multiple 'dollar' stores, caught on tape

By WOKV News Team

Jacksonville, FL —

Jacksonville police are asking for your help finding a man suspected in several “dollar store” burglaries.

On Saturday, November 3, police responded to an audible alarm at the Dollar General on 6855 Wilson Blvd.  The suspect apparently smashed the glass front door with a cinder block and stole four cans of Axe Body Spray.

Surveillance cameras at a nearby Family Dollar Store on 6351 Wilson Blvd show the suspect using the same method to break in and steal a pack of Soft Batch Cookies on Wednesday, October 31.

If you have any information about the suspect you are asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500 or JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org.  You can also submit an anonymous tip and be eligible for a reward by contacting Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS or rewards@fcccrimestoppers.com.
