JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —
We’ve learned the identity of the man killed in an early morning traffic crash.
34-year-old Earnest Jones was driving on the 9500 block of Ft. Caroline Rd around 3:00 AM. While heading east toward Spanish Bluff Dr. he lost control of his vehicle, drove in to a ditch and hit a concrete utility pole.
JFRD pronounced Jones dead on the scene. Police say this is still an ongoing investigation.
