JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —

First Lady Michele Obama is making a stop in Jacksonville Thursday morning at the Prime Osborn Convention Center to rally the vote just five days before the election.

"It instills in the voters, you know, that they really care and they care about the local area," said Duval County Democratic Party chairman Travis Bridges of big-name politicians visiting places like Jacksonville.

Mrs. Obama will be joined by R&B legend Stevie Wonder and will talk about what's at stake in the election during a week where many in Florida are going to or have already hit the polls and voted early.

"If they don't vote, then they have no reason or they have no opportunity to complain afterwards," says Bridges.

Doors to the event will open at 9:30 a.m. and the event is free but a ticket is required.  This comes on the heels of an evening rally Wednesday night in Metro Park for Mitt Romney, also making his case in Florida just days before the election.

We're expecting the First Lady's even to begin sometime during Rush Limbaugh this afternoon.
