JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —
A woman dies after police find her unconscious in her Westside apartment with her 18-month old son Saturday night.
New on Monday we're learning police no longer suspect foul play in her death.
Jacksonville Police were called to the home on West Chirping Way just off 103rd Street to check on the welfare of the woman after friends were unable to get in touch with her for several days.
That's when cops found the woman in her bathroom unconscious with her son. She was transported to a local hospital where she died.
JSO was told the victim's boyfriend also lives in the home but he was in jail at the time.
The toddler was not hurt.
