Jacksonville, FL —
Governor Scott's plan to test all state employees for drugs is put on hold.
The move comes two weeks after the ACLU of Florida sued the Governor, claiming testing was an unconstitutional invasion of privacy.
For now, only employees from the Department of Corrections are subject to the program. They're already subject to drug testing.
