Jacksonville, FL —
It seems like a lot of people are taking a free ride on the seldom-used Skyway.Channel Four reports many people just walk right through broken turnstiles without paying the 50-cent fare.In a statement, JTA says four of the Skyway's 28 turnstiles are not working properly, and with them being 20 years old, finding replacement parts can be a challenge.
It says it's considering other options to maintain controlled access.
