A Jacksonville couple who was accused of allowing a registered sex offender stay with them and molest their 9-year-old daughter are now face more charges.
Christopher and Mary Perry had been charged with child neglect. The new charges are, capital sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation.
The same charges that were filed against 51-year-old Robert Young, the man staying with the family.
Channel 4 is reporting the Perry's pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday morning.
Other charges have now been upgraded against the young girl's grandmother, who will be arraigned Friday.
