Jacksonville, FL —
A Jacksonville man has been indicted for producing child pornography.
29-year-old James Kasper faces 15 to 30 years in federal prison if he’s convicted.
Court records say the Tennessee bureau of Investigation and FBI were investigating several people for trading child pornography when they found emails depicting child porn being exchanged with someone at Kasper’s home. He later told investigators that he used his phone to take explicit pictures of a child he was babysitting and then uploaded it.
