Jacksonville man sentenced for recording sex with crack-addicted minor

One Jacksonville man has been sentenced to more than 19 years in prison for producing child porn.
The Jacksonville Division of the FBI says 44-year-old Alfredo Martinez Riquene was concurrently sentenced to 8 years in prison for making false statements to the FBI.
Court testimony shows Riquene engaged in commercial sex acts with a 15-year-old girl on up to ten occasions. This happened between February and March 2010 in Riquene’s Jacksonville home. The girl had turned to prostitution to feed her addiction to crack cocaine.
On at least one occasion, Riquene also videotaped their explicit encounter.
Riquene told the FBI and police that he knew the girl, however denied he had any kind of relationship with her or that she had ever been in his bedroom. Investigation uncovered the girl had actually signed on to Riquene’s personal computer to access her MySpace account. The video of the two of them, as well as at least two other videos of Riquene with adult female prostitutes, were all found in the following investigation.
RIquene will also serve a 10-year term of supervised release after he gets out of prison and will have to register as a sex offender and forfeit his computer media.
