JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL. —
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says the human remains found on Wednesday, November 14 belong to missing woman Sherry Lee Prather. Foul play is suspected.
The 43-year-old was reported missing on October 18 (see related article). She was last seen October 12 at 2:20 a.m. at the Boots and Bottle Tavern on 12405 New Berlin Road. Prather was reportedly talking with two men sitting on motorcycles in the parking lot.
The remains were found in the wooded area in the 12600 block of Braddock Rd. on the Northwest side. JSO could not release further information at this time.
