Another hearing in the trial for Michael Dunn, and this one could wind up costing you money.
Dunn’s attorney, Cory Strolla, has filed a motion to have the state pay the costs of his client’s trial, claiming Dunn has no money or assets. In court Monday, a judge decided to set a hearing for Friday to hear arguments on who will get the bill.
Dunn is accused of fatally shooting 17-year-old Jordan Davis at a Southside gas station in November. He claims self-defense.
