Jacksonville, FL —
Christmas Eve is quickly approaching and that means some of you have waited to buy your last minute gifts.
With the almost 80 degree weather just one day before Christmas Eve, Shopper Beth Wrinkle doesn't mind trading in warm winter coats and boots to flip flops and short sleeve shirts.
“It doesn’t feel like Christmas, but I’m loving it,” says Wrinkle.
Although she's not one of those last minute shoppers, she did say that she wasn't a fan of the congested traffic and the lack of parking spots.
“It’s terrible. So we parked our car and we are doing a lot of walking,” says Wrinkle
But one shopper Michael Westfall tells WOKV he is one of those last minute shoppers.
“I got back, because I’m in the Navy, I got back underway. I left in December and I didn’t get back until a couple of days ago,” says Westfall.
He also tells us he doesn’t mind the warmer weather for Christmas time.
“I’m from New York so I mean it feels like Christmas but I’m used to snow,” says Westfall.
