JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —
A disturbing story of animal cruelty.
Neighbors told Jacksonville Police they witnessed a man skinning a dog in his front yard. When officers arrived at the home in the Brentwood neighborhood, they found cat and dog pelts, plus several refridgerated cat and dog parts.
Hozae Milton, 43, reportedly denied he did any harm to the animals, then laughed at police. While being arrested, he became aggresive and spit on the officers.
He's now in the Duval County Jail on $60 thousand bond.
