JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —
A man faces the death penalty after being found guilty of an October 2009 murder.
Witnesses say 42-year-old Arthur Martin showered 19-year-old Javon Daniels with bullets outside a West Jacksonville apartment.
Witnesses identified Martin by what they say is his round shape.
Martin had already served ten years in prison for a prior murder and was just released five months prior to this latest murder.
