A Jacksonville man is learning the hard way that it's really not smart to point a loaded gun at a police officer.
Police confronted 22-year-old Clarence Bates at a playground in Northwest Jacksonville.
And when police pulled out a Taser, Bates pointed his loaded gun at him.
The officer fired his Taser, stunning Bates and causing him to drop his gun.
