Jacksonville, FL —
A mother charged with manslaughter in the death of her youngest child surrenders her parental rights.
25-year-old Biannela Susana remains in jail on one-million dollars bond for allegedly failing to seek medical attention for her two-and-a-half-year-old son.
Her 12-year-old son, Cristian Fernandez, is charged with his murder.
