New privacy concerns about navigators under Obamacare

President Obama has designated "navigators" which are counselors designated to help uninsured people enroll into the state's expanded health insurance program.
But there's been concern about the opportunity for scams and identity theft.

"Is there any risk at all for the people who are providing that information and what protection is there for that information?"
Governor Scott has issued an order banning navigators from helping the uninsured at county health departments. But University of North Florida health professor, John Gersen, says there is no cause for concern at all.
"Many of the laws that the navigators will need to follow are definitely built into the world of HPPA privacy."
