ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —

A homeless man is facing charges after he attacked another man with a cigarette in downtown Orlando, police said.

Ronald Walsh, 35, who has a tattoo of an eye on his forehead, shoved a cigarette down the throat of a handicapped man last week, police said.

The victim, Milton McKnight, suffers from cerebral palsy and is well-known in the downtown area for selling soft drinks on Orange Avenue.

There’s no word on how serious the injuries to McKnight were.
