The state police union find a covert way to express a vulgar opinion about Governor Rick Scott and his staff.
The Police Benevolent Association referred to the Scott administration as s***-heads in the first letter of each paragraph on page four of their newsletter.
Executive Director Matt Puckett knew it would offend and said that's okay if it got Scott's attention. He says PBA is frustrated the governor never writes a guest article like other prominent Republicans, but to a larger extent, that his office has been closed to the police union.
Scott's communications director claims they've never heard from the PBA about a column.
