Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against the south Florida couple accused in the killing of their 10-year-old adopted daughter.Jorge and Carmen Barahona face first-degree murder charges and a slew of child abuse and neglect charges. They're accused of abusing 10 year-old Nubia and her twin brother, Victor, for months. Nubia's body was found on Valentine's Day in the back of Jorge Barahona's truck.
Victor, who survived, was doused in a toxic chemical.
