Jacksonville, FL —
A 21 year-old suffers critical injuries after being hit by a car he ran in front of.
Florida Highway Patrol says Tyler DeVoe was hit by the car on U.S. 1 south of Ocean Boulevard at 8pm Thursday.
He was flown last night to Orange Park Trauma Center with critical injuries.
The 16 year-old driver was not hurt. The police report says charges are pending.
