JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —

It took five and a half years to convict a Jacksonville man for attempting a drive-by shooting when he was only 17.

State prosecutors say Anthony Robinson shot at another man several times while riding in a car because he didn't like him.

The man's head was grazed by a bullet and the man survived.

Robinson has previous conviction for attempted burglary and grand theft auto.

In November, he faces up to 45 years in prison with a 20 year minimum mandatory sentence.
