PUTNAM CO., Fla. —
One woman is dead after being hit while crossing the street.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says the woman was crossing Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at Myrtle Avenue Saturday when she was hit by a car.
Police say they believe the car had a green light.
The woman is believed to be in her late teens or early 20's....police have not publicly identified her.
