JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —
A tentative trial date for Cristian Fernandez -- but not in his murder trial.
The 13-year-old is scheduled to go to trial June 25th for allegedly sexually assaulting his five-year-old half-brother.
Records show he admitted to the sexual assault as he was being questioned about the murder of his two-year-old half-brother.
There's still no trial date set for the murder charge.
