Four years after the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy was decommissioned in Mayport, we learn the Navy's newest aircraft carrier will carry the same name.
The Navy announcement came Sunday on what would have been Kennedy's 94th birthday.
The second-coming of the USS John F. Kennedy is being built in Virginia. It's unclear when it will be put into service.
