A truck driver made a startling discovery as he changed a flat tire on I-95 in Camden county.
He found the body of a white female in a wooded area on the ramp of the Woodbine exit.
Police are treating the case as a homicide. The Orlando Sentinel said in a tweet that a police spokesman told them the body is NOT that of Michelle Parker.
