Michelle Obama Coming to Jacksonville

The wife of Democratic Presidential Nominee Barack Obama will come to the First Coast this week, reminding you to vote early.

As part of a campaign tour through Florida, Michelle Obama will stop in Jacksonville on Wednesday, at the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center.

The "Early Vote for Change" rally is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but an RSVP is strongly encouraged at FL.barackobama.com. Doors open at 10am and the program begins at 11:45am.

Mrs. Obama will also make stops in Pensacola and Gainesville. She'll join her husband for a rally in Miami on Tuesday.

Early voting begins Monday for Floridians. Elections officials are encouraging you to vote as soon as possible, because votersĀ are expected to show up at the polls in large numbers and could wait in line as long as 2 to 3 hours.
