A Subway sandwich store was severely damaged on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, in Mount Juliet, Tenn. Forecasters examined the damage path of 4.6 miles Wednesday morning and estimated the peak wind speed at 115 mph, qualifying the tornado as an EF-2 twister.
