Alyssa Spirato

Alyssa joined the WOKV news team in September 2011 as an Afternoon-Drive Reporter. You can hear her cover the top local stories Monday through Friday between 3 & 8:30 pm.

Alyssa is a native of Florida and grew up in the city of West Palm Beach. She moved up the River City in 2007 to pursue a degree in Communications at the University of North Florida.  Alyssa isn't new to the radio and television world. She has worked for Radio Disney for numerous years, and also worked at local television news stations in the area. She was also the News Director for Osprey TV News, a student run television station at UNF. She was also the lead anchor/ reporter for OTV newscasts.

When Alyssa is not in the newsroom, you can find her shopping at St. Johns Towncenter or the Avenues mall, at the movies, and hanging out with family and friends.
