Field, Mirren, Affleck Honored at Palm Springs Film Fest
Awards season officially kicked off as The Palm Springs International Film Festival held its annual awards gala on Saturday (January 5) and a who's who of Hollywood A-listers were on hand for the celebration. The cast of "Argo," including star and director Ben Affleck, received the Ensemble Performance Award. Actress Sally Field received the career achievement award, honoring a career that has spanned nearly 50 years.
