"Argo," "Les Mis" Take Globes; Kate Due in July
"Argo" won the top prize - best dramatic movie - at the 70th annual Golden Globes on Sunday (January 13). The Iranian hostage film also earned its director, Ben Affleck, a Globe - three days after he failed to get an Oscar nomination in the same category. On the muscial-comedy side, no surprise here - "Les Miserables" won big with best picture, best actor for Hugh Jackman and best supporting actress for Anne Hathaway.
