For the second time in less than two weeks, a boatload of migrants capsizes off the Italian coast, killing at least 34 people - mostly women and children. The boat carrying about 250 people tipped over in waters between Sicily and Tunisia on Friday. Emergency workers in Malta helped survivors board buses after a 10-hour harrowing journey. Survivors from yet another vessel were also rescued overnight. It's unclear what happened to that boat or if there were any casualties.
