China Mobile's 4G Spending Spree to Pay Off

The release of China's next-gen 4G licenses has been pushed forward to this year, and that means more spending for the country's top telcos. Onsite at China's annual congress, the chairmen of the top three telcos were busy talking up their respective 4G plans. Top player China Mobile is set to boost its capital expenditures into assets like next-gen mobile towers, hitting nearly 1.2 billion dollars in 2013.
