Daily Digit: PICC Debut Shines Despite Pessimism on Markets.
Today's daily digit is 3.2. That was the opening percentage jump in shares of one of China's largest insurers PICC, on their Hong Kong market debut. The state owned firm's 3.1 billion dollar IPO is Hong Kong's largest in two years.
