Fighting a War With No Winners in Syria
Government forces target a building on the outskirts of Damascus in a war that Russia is now calling a stalemate. Large plumes of black smoke are becoming part of the skyline in many parts of the country. Amateur video which could not be independently verified by Reuters shows the Capitols suburb's becoming combat zones. In Homs residents walk through battered streets. Buildings now shells of what they once were. Russia's foreign minister now says no one is going to win this war.
