Judge Enters Not Guilty Plea For Colorado Theater Gunman
A Colorado judge enters a not guilty plea for James Holmes, the accused gunman in a rampage that killed 12 moviegoers in a suburban theater last July. Arapahoe County District Judge William Sylvester made the move after declining a defense request for a continuance -- paving the way for a trial to begin in August. Holmes' lawyers said they were not ready to enter a plea.
