Moment of Silence at Tepco

Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) observed a minute of silence on Monday (March 11), two years after a tsunami that killed nearly 20,000 and triggered the world's worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl. At 1446 local time (0546 GMT), 200 workers at Tepco's Tokyo headquarters bowed their heads in remembrance, connected by video link to employees at the Fukushima plant and company President Naomi Hirose.
