Bowl originally bought for $3 sells at auction for $2 million
A Song Dynasty bowl that was once purchased at a secondhand sale for $3 just sold for more than $2 million at auction. Sotheby's originally projected the Chinese item would sell for around $200,000. Patrick Jones takes a look at famous items, from Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' jacket to Marilyn Monroe's dress, that sold for a lot less than this antique.
