South African Police Arrested, to Face Murder Charges
...Anger in South Africa... Protesters shouted "police are dogs" outside this Johannesburg police station Friday. That's where a man was found dead while in custody, after police dragged him handcuffed to the back of their moving truck. And nearby, this is what they've been hoping for: the arrest of eight policemen now charged with the man's murder, says police investigator Kuki Mbeki.
