State TV Release Video of N. Korean Youth Joining the Military
North Korea's state-run television KRT on Monday (March 18) showed middle school graduates in Kaesong city signing up to join the North Korean People's Army (KPA). According to the North's official news agency, KCNA, the number of young people who volunteered to join or rejoin the KPA has reached more than one million.
