Tropical Storm Wukong Leaves Four Dead in Philippines
After the devastation of Typhoon Bopha, another tropical storm hits the central Philippines, leaving four people dead. Wukong swept through the country on Wednesday, felling trees, damaging houses and capsizing fishing boats. Rivers overflowed, flooding towns and making roads impassable. Three people from one family in Eastern Samar province were killed when a tree fell on their house while another victim drowned.
