I feel like Miss Cleo or something, if you read my blog yesterday I was chronicling the fall of Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant. I threw in at the end that bad things always happen in threes and we would have to see what would be next. Well not even a day later a Texas man is suing Bryant for over $600,000. He claims Dez never paid for jewelry, Tickets to games, and personal loans. If you’re asking yourself, why an NFL player would need a personal loan, it came from before Bryant was drafted. The tickets were both for Dallas Cowboy games as well as For the Mavs.

Maybe it’s just me but I still don’t understand how these pro athletes are always getting into trouble risking their careers.  Just like you are always seeing some superstar getting a D.U.I or in trouble at the strip club. If I was making millions just for playing a game, I wouldn’t risk that for anything. If they are so determined to get drunk and see strippers they have enough money to get all that delivered to their house. Or at least rent a limo for the night. Now granted Dez Bryant’s offenses aren’t as bad as that but it’s just the latest of a bad trend in professional sports.

It would be interesting to see if there wasn’t a lockout right now would the Comiss and his personal code of conduct crackdown be all over Dez Bryant. I think he would, lucky for Dezzie.
