We all know the records Jags are 1-8 and the Texans are 8-1, we all know the result the Last time the two teams played, and we all figure the Jags are up for another blowout loss. It’s not about a lack of faith or not trying to cheer for the Jags it’s just common sense. I know the terms “any given Sunday” or “that’s why they play the game” but nothing we have seen from both these teams this season says that the Jags will win this week. With all that being said instead of giving you a keys to victory post here are a few ways the Jags may get lucky enough to win.

Hope the Texans play awful.

The Jags could play a perfect game on offense and defense and still lose this week. They really have to be perfect and hope that the Texans are off their game. What will be tough is the Texans already that that fall on your face performance when they played Green Bay, not sure if they will do it again.

Get Lucky

Jags will need almost every play to go their way. Maybe a gust of wind kicks up during a field goal, maybe a fumble just happens to take a funny bounce the Jags way, or a bad call by the refs that they can’t overturn by replay. A little luck can go a long way

Believe

We as fans and commentators can buy into all the negativity because that’s our jobs. The Jags job is to drown out all the comments and go out and play well no matter what. If the players start believing they have no chance then there is really no chance but if they truly believe the Texans are due for a loss maybe the Jags can pull off the upset.
